Reserving Your Exodus Trip

Deposits, Final Payments and Cancellation Policy

Rafting, Fishing, Kayaking & Jetboat Tours

We require a deposit at the time the reservation is made. We are happy to hold a reservation without a deposit as tentative for 7 days. After 7 days we cannot guarantee availability. We gladly accept Discover, MasterCard and Visa. We also accept cash, check and money orders. For our ½ and 1 day raft, Steelhead fishing and jetboat trips, a 50% deposit is required to hold the reservation. For our Multi-day trips, a $200/person deposit is required. Children 6-18 and seniors 65 and over receive a 15% discount on raft trips and jetboat tours except on already discounted trips (family or senior trips). Family trip pricing is ½ price to each child accompanied by a full paying adult, additional children go at the 15% off rate. Group discounts are also offered: please call for a quote for your group size.

Final Payment-
Balance on ½ and 1 day raft, Steelhead fishing, and jetboat trips is required prior to your trip. You are welcome to pay when you arrive in our office before your trip. Group reservations over 20 people require final payment before the day of the trip. We reserve the right to assign a cutoff date for changing the number of people in a group reservation. Multi-day trip final payment is due 45 days prior to the date of your trip. If we do not receive payment by this date, we reserve the right to consider your reservation cancelled and your deposit forfeit.

Charters-
We offer exclusive group charters on the Main and Lower Salmon multi-day trips for groups of more than 12 people.

Cancellations-
Because of the extensive amount of planning and scheduling involved, we must strictly adhere to our cancellation policy. If for any reason you have to cancel your trip with us, you may be subject to cancellation fees and or forfeiture of your deposit. Our trips depart rain or shine.

Our ½ and 1-day raft trips, and jetboat tours require 48-hour cancellation notice. If we receive such notice, your deposit will be refunded minus 25% of the total cost of your trip. Cancellations later than 48 hours will result in loss of deposit.
For our Steelhead Fishing trips by driftboat or jetboat, we require notice 7 days prior to the date of your trip. If we receive such notice, your deposit will be refunded minus a $25/person cancellation fee. If notice is given within 7 days of the trip, we reserve the right to keep your deposit unless we can replace the reservation.
Multi-day cancellations before the final payment date are subject to loss of deposits unless we can replace the reservation. Cancellations after the final payment date may result in loss of deposit and final payment unless we can replace the reservation. Substitutions or rescheduling may also be allowed. If we replace your reservation, all payments will be refunded minus a $25/person cancellation fee.

Please understand that once you sign up, we lose the ability to sell your reserved space to other parties. We regret that we cannot make exceptions for personal emergencies, for this reason we strongly advise the purchase of trip insurance. We can send you information on trip insurance or you can purchase it through your insurance or travel agent.

If we have to cancel your reservation due to water conditions, extreme weather conditions, fish movements, insufficient bookings or other conditions beyond our control, we will refund all monies paid to Exodus Wilderness Adventures. We will not be held responsible for expenses incurred (travel, motel, etc.) as a result of such cancellations.

We reserve the right to choose launch sites and take-outs, as well as craft type without notice based on river or weather conditions.

Dave; We had a geat time and will come back again for sure. We loved the Main Salmon River and the rich history of the area. Camping on the beautiful sandy beaches, the food and wildlife was a plus. It was a blast!
